• Camper Application (164 Kb) - 12 page application campers are required to complete for camp. This is a large file so it may take a minute to download, depending on your connection speed.
• First-time Counselor Application - this is for individuals who have not previously volunteered as counselors for Camp Dreamcatcher.
• Returning Counselor Application - if you're a returning counselor, you'll only need to complete this condensed application.
• Counselor-in-Training Application (CIT) - for future counselors who are sixteen (16) years old.
• Junior Counselor Application - for those who have participated in the Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program and are ready to take the next step.
• Medical Staff Application - to be completed by individuals wishing to volunteer for the medical staff.

They are Adobe Acrobat files so you will need the Acrobat Reader to view the documents. If you don't have Acrobat Reader, you can download it free of charge from Adobe's website.
