• First-time Volunteer/Counselor Application (85K) - this is for individuals who have never volunteered or served as counselors for Camp Dreamcatcher.
• Returning Volunteer/Counselor Application (37K)- if you're a returning volunteer or counselor, you'll only need to complete this condensed application.
• Counselor-in-Training/Leader-in-Training Application (CIT) (81K)- for future counselors who are sixteen (16) years old.
• Junior Counselor Application (81K) - for those who have participated in the Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program and are ready to take the next step as counselors and are seventeen (17) years old.
• Healthcare Volunteer Application (85K) - a medical summary and application to be completed by new health care volunteers.
• Returning Healthcare Volunteer Information Sheet (35K) - a medical summary to be completed by returning health care volunteers.
